Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the defective item with a photo included. Defective items may be returned for a full refund. Embraced with Grace Boutique will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item. The defective item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt to receive a full refund. Refund will be credited to original payment source or a replacement will be sent (if available) upon Embrace with Grace's receipt of the defective item. 

Send an email to embracedwithgraceboutique@gmail.com requesting the return label. List "RETURN REQUESTED, INVOICE #" in the subject line of the email. Please attach the photo with the damage. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 We do not accept returns for any "FINAL SALE" or Special Marked down/clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Items that do not fit properly can be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping to receive store credit.  Embraced with Grace Boutique will make every effort to describe the sizing of the item when posted for sale. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days of receipt, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit. 

Refunds
Only damaged items are eligible for refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days for defective items or automatically added as store credit for all other returns/exchanges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
